The professional in this position is responsible for providing leadership in the planning, directing and implementing of all technology related (hardware, software, and telecommunications, internal consulting) activities for the Town. The Director coordinates the information needs of all Town departments to ensure consistency with the Town’s overall information technology infrastructure.

The Town of West Warwick is accepting applications for employment as a Lead Operator at the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Under the general supervision of the Chief Operator and Assistant Superintendent for Operations, will be responsible for the operation of all wastewater treatment equipment, supervision of facility operators and other operation duties as assigned. In direct responsible charge of operators on their assigned shift.

ANIMAL SHELTER AIDE
The Town of West Warwick is accepting applications Animal Shelter Aide. The Animal Shelter Aide (ASA) assists in maintaining the Town Animal Shelter and ensures the wellbeing of animals (wild and domestic or exotic), that are housed within. The shift is Sunday- Thursday 8:00AM-4:00PM. $24.15 per hour. Full benefits – health, dental, life insurance, pension plan, personal days, sick days, vacation days.

The Town of West Warick is secruing a list of vendors interested in being suppliers of snow / ice control services, including a Payloader when / if needed.
Vendors must complete the registration process, including all documentation and equiptment inspections.

Crossing Guard
Crossing Guard
The Town of West Warwick is accepting applications for part-time employment as a Crossing Guard. Duties include ensuring the safety of students and parents traveling to and from the school. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be exposed to the weather elements. Hours are Monday - Friday8:15am-9:15am and then 3:00pm-4:00pm. Employment would follow the West Warwick School calendar. $17.25 per hour.
