Personnel Department

The Town of West Warwick's Personnel Office interacts with all departments of the Town and is located on the third floor of Town Hall.  The Personnel Department is responsible for all aspects of employee relations including, personnel matters, employee orientation, employee benefits, job opportunities, testing, training and records maintenance. 

The Personnel Department is also involved in collective bargaining negotiations, development of policy and procedure and recruiting for the Town, Police and Fire Departments.
