• In-Person payments: Tax Collector’s Office - Lower level West Warwick Town Hall 1170 Main Street West Warwick, RI 02893• Drop off (check) payments - 2 Drop Boxes: • Silver Box-Town Hall rear entrance-on the building • Green Mail Box-Town Hall rear parking lot exit• Mail-in payments & tax bill stubs to the Lockbox:
Make checks payable to: West Warwick Tax Collector Town of West Warwick PO Box 981404 Boston, MA 02298If paying more than one tax bill, you can write the total amount of all bills on one check and remember to mail the tax bill stubs with your check. The lockbox does not accept Post Mark Date as payment date, send payment in early.
• Credit Card payments: Go to: https://tax.vgsi.com/etax/westwarwickri/EGov/Auth/Login, log in using your account number and PIN number, found on your tax bill.
• ACH (Automated Debit Program): Tax payments are withdrawn quarterly from your bank account. If interested in this program, click this ACH AUTHORIZATION FORM within. Print form and complete, attach a voided check or letter from your bank confirming your savings account number and routing number.

The town allows the following grace period:
1st payment due: July 15th - grace period until July 31st
2nd payment due: October 15th - grace period until October 31st
3rd payment due: January 15th - grace period until January 31st
4th payment due: April 15th - grace period until April 30th.
(Payments must be paid or postmarked the last day of the month due.)
If any quarterly payment is late, interest will be assessed on the unpaid balance at 12% per annum from July 15 as outlined on the tax bills.
